What Youll Do Support high-level clients and help them grow across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone. Expand and enhance the self-service advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising space. Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service products to ensure a seamless customer journey. Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with ad delivery concerns, ensuring timely resolution. Offer proactive solutions to help clients maximize their experience and success on the platform. Share valuable product feedback and insights from customers to help improve services. What Youll Need Native-level written and verbal communication skills in Polish. Good knowledge of English (B2 level). Basic computer skills are a must, with preference for advanced skills like coding. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening. A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and adapting to new challenges. The ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure.
