Procuramos um Financial Manager para integrar a nossa equipa e reforçar a área financeira, reportando diretamente ao Financial Director . Este será responsável por liderar a equipa financeira, garantindo a entrega e a precisão dos reportes financeiros, coordenando o cumprimento das obrigações legais e fiscais, apoiando na elaboração dos processos internos e na sustentabilidade económico-financeira do negócio. Atuará como parceiro da gestão, apoiando o controlo orçamental e a optimização de recursos. Principais Responsabilidades Gestão Financeira & Contabilidade Coordenar a equipa financeira, assegurando a qualidade e rigor das demonstrações financeiras (balanço, demonstração de resultados, cash flow). Validar lançamentos contabilísticos, reconciliações e fechos mensais. Garantir o cumprimento das normas contabilísticas (SNC) e das políticas internas. Planeamento & Controlo Apoiar o Financial Director na preparação e monitorização do orçamento anual e dos forecasts trimestrais. Monitorizar KPIs financeiros e operacionais, apresentando análises úteis à tomada de decisão. Gerir custos e identificar oportunidades para melhorar a eficiência interna. Tesouraria & Gestão de Risco Acompanhar o fluxo de caixa, assegurando a liquidez adequada ao negócio. Apoiar o Financial Director na relação com bancos, entidades financeiras e parceiros externos. Contribuir para a identificação e mitigação de riscos financeiros, cambiais e de crédito. Fiscalidade & Compliance Garantir o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais portuguesas (IVA, IRC, IRS, etc.). Apoiar auditorias internas e externas. Assegurar o cumprimento de políticas de compliance e governance. Liderança & Desenvolvimento de Equipas Liderar, desenvolver e motivar a equipa financeira, promovendo uma cultura de rigor, eficiência e melhoria contínua. Implementar melhorias de processo e ferramentas que otimizem a fiabilidade da informação financeira. Requisitos Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Gestão, Finanças, Contabilidade ou similar; Experiência mínima de 5–7 anos em funções financeiras, incluindo liderança de equipas; Conhecimentos sólidos de SNC e fiscalidade portuguesa; Domínio de Excel; experiência com Primavera; Fluência em Português e Inglês (obrigatória); Capacidade analítica e forte orientação para resultados; Pensamento estratégico e capacidade para resolver problemas complexos; Excelente comunicação e capacidade de influência; Organização, proatividade e atenção ao detalhe.
