Business Analyst with Financial Background

We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports. What are you going to do? Conduct ongoing market research and monitoring, staying up to date with industry trends, client, partner, and competitor movements (e.g., changes in CCP risk calculation algorithms); Track upcoming market regulations and assess their potential impact on products and services; Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to define and maintain the product roadmap, translating customer needs into relevant and competitive product proposals; Perform functional validation of solutions delivered by the development team, ensuring business and risk calculation impacts are properly assessed (e.g., evaluating the impact of changing market data providers); Support Business Analysts in the preparation and review of functional specifications for new product modules; Participate in international industry events to build and maintain a strong professional network with senior executives (CFOs, CTOs, and CEOs) from major global economic groups; Produce high-quality documentation, including conceptual designs, presentations, and solution proposals to support internal and external stakeholders. What are we looking for? Degree in Risk Management (Financial Markets) or equivalent preferred; Experience and knowledge in the financial sector; Excellent understanding of the solutions available on the market; Ability to analyse and understand business processes within an organization; Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs; Strong presentation and communication skills; Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities.
