We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with hands-on experience leading and supporting ServiceNow implementation projects to join our client’s team on a remote basis from Portugal . Key Responsibilities Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet organizational needs. Lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions, translating business objectives into clear functional specifications. Configure and adapt existing ServiceNow modules in line with best practices and client requirements. Coordinate and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to enhance workflows and service delivery. Prepare documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and internal teams. Support governance, audit, and compliance processes related to cybersecurity standards and ITSM best practices. Required Qualifications ServiceNow Certification is mandatory. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects. Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, workflows, and configuration options (non-development focus). Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or Security Operations modules is highly valued. Familiarity with integrations (APIs, data exchange) and basic scripting (JavaScript) is a plus. Solid understanding of IT service management and cybersecurity concepts. Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken). Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
