Your Role: What Youll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: Managing supplier invoices through our internal systems Assisting suppliers with invoice-related questions Handling communication via calls and emails Assessing when escalation is needed Coordinating connections between suppliers and clients as necessary What Were Looking For Youll be a great fit if you: Are fluent in Finnish (written and spoken) and comfortable in English (B2 level) Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Are proficient in Excel and have excellent communication skills Can independently manage tasks from start to finish Bring responsibility, adaptability, energy, and resilience to your work Even if you dont meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply.
