A new challenge is available ⚠ We are looking for a Purchase to Pay specialist You will be part of a dedicated and close-knit team. If you feel ready to take on a new professional challenge, find out all the details below Your day-to-day tasks - Managing invoicing processes; - Closing accounts payable units; - Preparing accounts payable reports for internal and external users; - Verifying and controlling payment proposals; - Resolving incidents associated with the accounts payable module. - Ensuring compliance with internal policies, audits and compliance processes; - Communicating and aligning with suppliers and other internal areas to resolve discrepancies; - Supporting process improvements and automation of the accounts payable module. ✔ What we are looking for in you: - Experience in accounts payable processes (in SAP); - Knowledge of invoicing; - Strong organisational skills, teamwork & attention to detail; - Analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies or incidents; - Focus on meeting deadlines; - Good communication skills for interacting with suppliers and other internal areas; - Proficiency in Excel (eliminatory factor); - Fluency in Spanish and English. Our offer includes: - Continuity and stability; - Hybrid working arrangement, with workplace in Braga; - Initial and ongoing training; - Working hours from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm; - A good working experience. - Base salary: according to demonstrated experience; - Meal allowance: €6/day We are available to tell you more about this opportunity.
