Job Title: Customer Support Representative (French Speaker) Location: Porto, Portugal On-site position Start Date: 15th May 2025 Working Schedule: Monday to Friday: 08:00 19:00 (rotative shifts within this time frame) Days Off: Saturday and Sunday Salary & Benefits: Gross Salary: 1,000 x 14 months Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (net) Transport Allowance: Not provided Relocation Package Included (details below) Role Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for: Delivering high-quality customer service via phone, email, or chat Handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues effectively Ensuring a positive customer experience through professional communication Keeping records of customer interactions and following up when necessary Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: Fluent in French (written and spoken) Good command of English (for internal communication) Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in Customer Support or Contact Centre (preferred) EU citizenship or valid work permit in Portugal Strong communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to work on-site in Porto Relocation Support: For candidates relocating from outside Portugal: Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 after 180 days of contract (economy class) Hotel accommodation for 28 days (temporary, depending on project) For candidates relocating from within Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs up to 150 after 180 days of contract (economy class) Hotel accommodation for 15 days (temporary, depending on project) All CNX Porto projects offer a shared housing option (similar to CNX Lisbon) Accepted Documents: EU ID Portuguese Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse Visa (under consultation) Interested?
