We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.What are you going to do?Ensure that customer requirements are understandable to the project team and programmers;Ensure the evolution of applications and the design of new applications, through needs assessment;Develop and operationalize test acceptance criteria.What are we looking for?Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management or other relevant degree for the function;At least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst;Experience in HR or contact with HR management platforms;Knowledge of HR processes from a business functional perspective;Professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors - valued;Experience in project management methodologies: AGILE / Scrum, Design Thinking.What do we have to offer you?Health Insurance;Feedback&Coffee – the system that includes Aubay’s Performance Management Cycle, with regular moments of feedback and the Career Progression Model;Working model: hybrid;A Training Academy designed to think of you and your needs.
