Ensure that customer requirements are understandable to the project team and programmers; Ensure the evolution of applications and the design of new applications, through needs assessment; Develop and operationalize test acceptance criteria. What are we looking for? Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management or other relevant degree for the function; At least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst; Experience in HR or contact with HR management platforms; Knowledge of HRprocesses from a business functional perspective; Professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors - valued; Experience in project management methodologies: AGILE / Scrum, Design Thinking.
