We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Commercial team as a Data Management Assistant for a temporary assignment of 3–4 months. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our commercial data processes while supporting administrative activities that keep our operations running smoothly. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in data management and administrative support within a global business setting in a collaborative team. Main responsabilities Accurately capture, input, and update data in internal systems. Verify and cross-check information to ensure quality, consistency, and correctness. Support the Commercial team with basic administrative and data management tasks. Maintain confidentiality and handle company information responsibly. Perform additional data-related or administrative duties as required. Required qualifications Good command of English (spoken and written). Legal right to work in Portugal (if not a local candidate). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good basic digital and system-handling skills. Motivation and reliability are essential. Valid driving licence and access to a car.
