**Position: Administrative Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and ensure pricing accuracy on all calendars and systems.
- Perform regular data pulls and searches to gather market trend insights, assisting in pricing adjustments.
- Create, manage, and update detailed reports related to pricing and property performance using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Provide administrative support, including handling communications, organizing files, and assisting with team coordination.
- Assist in streamlining operational workflows and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with a focus on pricing, data management, or analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with short-term rental platforms like Airbnb is a plus.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to gather data, interpret results, and support decision-making.
