What will be your role We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join a national client, working on cutting-edge initiatives in Generative AI and multi-agent system orchestration. This role involves developing intelligent solutions using the latest large language models and advanced orchestration frameworks within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimise multi-agent orchestration. Improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations in LLM-driven applications. Build and maintain asynchronous data ingestion pipelines to support scalable AI solutions. Integrate with Azure services such as AI Search, AI Foundry, Document Intelligence, Functions, Logic Apps, and CosmosDB. Implement observability and performance monitoring for AI pipelines in production environments. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to investigating root causes and identifying actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to shared goals and integrating diverse perspectives. Who will work by your side? What should you bring to the team? Solid experience in LLMs and RAG -based systems. Strong proficiency in Python. Experience in multi-agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel). Proven experience with Microsoft Azure. Ability to design scalable AI architectures and integrate them with business applications. Commitment to quality and delivery excellence. Proficiency in English . Comfortable working in Agile environments, with excellent organizational and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Availability to work in a hybrid model at clients' offices in Lisbon. The capacity to listen & influence people and foster change in a collaborative way. A keen commitment to your team.
