A successful model: more than 3000 Extians working in more than 20 agencies in France and abroad, 1st Great Place To Work in France, since 7 years in the EU GPTW, 160 million euros of turnover, and plenty of energy At Extia, it's "First who, then what" so, let's do it WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop, configure, and maintain scalable observability and analytics solutions using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) across distributed banking systems; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, platform engineering) to integrate ELK capabilities with Java applications and Angular dashboards; Customize Kibana dashboards to visualize logs, metrics, and trace data for both technical and business stakeholders; Participate in the enhancement of logging frameworks, error tracking, and system health monitoring to improve performance, reliability, and incident response; Work within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and engage proactively in sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews. WHAT YOU NEED Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Experience with the ELK Stack and familiarity with observability concepts; Experience in Java development and exposure to Angular applications; Version control (Git) and CI/CD tooling experience; Good verbal and written communication in English and Portuguese.
