Descrição da função: O Hotel Roma, localizado em Lisboa, procura de candidatos (m/f) para ocupar a vaga de Night Auditor e se juntar à sua equipa de Front Office. O candidato seleccionado será responsável por assegurar a integridade das operações durante o turno nocturno, ao mesmo tempo que deve oferecer e assegurar um serviço atencioso, dedicado, proactivo e acolhedor aos nossos hóspedes, durante esse, importante, período da sua estadia. Responsabilidades: - Garantir a execução dos procedimentos do turno nocturno da Organização; - Realizar a reconciliação de receitas e despesas, identificando e corrigindo quaisquer discrepâncias; - Processar pagamentos de hóspedes, incluindo check-ins tardios e check-outs antecipados, de forma eficiente e eficaz; - Gerir reservas de última hora e responder a solicitações dos hóspedes durante o período nocturno; - Fornecer assistência e suporte aos hóspedes em questões relacionadas com a sua estadia, resolvendo problemas ou encaminhando-os adequadamente; - Monitorizar em equipa a segurança do hotel durante a noite, garantindo a tranquilidade e o bem-estar dos hóspedes;
Requisitos : - Experiência prévia em funções similares, preferencialmente dentro do sector hoteleiro; - Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão hoteleira (preferencialmente com o HOST HOTEL Systems); - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita em português e inglês, sendo desejável o conhecimento de outros idiomas; - Disponibilidade para trabalhar durante o turno nocturno, incluindo fins de semana e feriados; - Formação superior ou técnica/profissional na área de Gestão Hoteleira ou Técnicas de Alojamento; - Boa apresentação e boa capacidade comunicativa; - Sólidos conhecimentos de Informática na Óptica do Utilizador; - Domínio da Língua Inglesa; - Capacidade de trabalho, planeamento e organização; - Elevada orientação para o Cliente; - Disponibilidade horária para fazer o turno da noite; - Residência em Lisboa.
