SOBRE A FUNÇÃO Estamos a reforçar a nossa bolsa de consultores ServiceNow Developer. Procuramos profissionais experientes para desenvolver, configurar e manter aplicações ServiceNow, garantindo a otimização dos processos de IT Service Management (ITSM) e a melhoria contínua dos fluxos de negócio. PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES Criar e configurar aplicações e módulos ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog). Conceber e implementar workflows, regras de negócio, UI policies e UI actions para automatização de processos. Integrar ServiceNow com outros sistemas através de APIs, web services e ferramentas de integração. Administrar a CMDB, garantindo a integridade e precisão dos dados. Prestar suporte contínuo, resolver problemas e implementar melhorias. Elaborar e manter documentação técnica, guias de utilizador e materiais de formação. Trabalhar em conjunto com equipas de IT, analistas de negócio e gestores de projeto para entregar soluções de elevada qualidade. PERFIL E QUALIFICAÇÕES Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Tecnologias de Informação ou área similar. Experiência comprovada como ServiceNow Developer, com forte conhecimento em ITSM. Domínio de JavaScript, HTML, CSS e tecnologias web. Experiência em scripting, workflows e integrações no ServiceNow. Certificações: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferencial).
