Job Description: We are looking for a ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) Architect with strong technical leadership skills and the ability to define, design and govern complex solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the FSM module, including configuration, customization and best-practice implementation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development teams, guiding them through architectural decisions, reviewing technical deliverables, and ensuring alignment with platform standards. You will also play a key role in customer-facing discussions, translating business requirements into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow architectures. Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving and the ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels are essential.
