DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas: DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams; DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed; DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures. Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers, either by delivering qualified and value-added services, or through highly qualified and motivated professionals, as well as technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform the business of our customers. We are looking for an Service Manager. Responsibilities: Plan and execute evolutionary developments in the IT area: Determine project scope, necessary resources, team management, and compliance with established deadlines; Ensure that the resulting solutions comply with defined standards and architecture; Coordinate corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance activities; Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs and KPIs; Liaise with functional and technical teams for efficient problem solving. Requirements: Higher education in Computer Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or similar areas. Knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Sharepoint, Jira, PowerBI, among others. Proven experience in application service management, preferably in portals such as SharePoint and Drupal; Solid knowledge of general information systems management and high proficiency in managing system implementation processes that are heavily integrated with market middleware; Experience in integration projects with multiple systems is valued; Ability to perform functional analysis and understand business processes; Resilient, organized, able to manage stressful situations. The role requires a high degree of autonomy in decision-making, anticipating problems and ensuring full commitment to their resolution. We are looking for someone who makes things happen and is results-oriented. Communication must be a dominant and innate skill, people-oriented, with strong empathy for the different stakeholders that make up our internal customers.
