If you want to help build the future of finance from first principles, we'd love to hear from you.The roleWe're looking for an ambitious Founder's Associate to join our Team who will take ownership of some of our day to day operations.What you'll doAssist with customer onboarding, both operationally and from a product perspective, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.Support go-to-market (GTM) activities, including the setup and execution of marketing campaigns.Contribute to analytics and reporting, helping improve data quality and insights.Customer Support queries.This is not a strategy role—it's an execution role. You'll be in the weeds, launching products, building teams, talking to users, iterating fast. We move quickly. We care about results. And we don't waste time.What we look forRecent graduates (1-2 years experience) - STEM degree (or in progress) from a top university.Strong coding experience (SQL, Python)Proficient in English.Proven track record of exceptional achievement and a relentless problem-solving mindset.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.How we workWe care about output, not politics.We help each other, move quickly, and never settle for second best.We're transparent by default.
