RSR Human Service Zone partners with the Department of Health and Human Services to deliver exceptional human service programs to our community. RSR is seeking a Direct Care Associate(39-37-5871) to join our team. This position will be based out of the Lisbon area. Summary of Work As a Direct Care Associate, you will provide in-home care, transportation, shopping, and housekeeping duties to elderly and disabled citizens to support their continued ability to remain in their own homes and communities. To succeed in this position, you should have experience working with elderly and/or disabled individuals, compassion, and be comfortable working independently. You will need to have strong communication skills, and be able to manage your time and priorities, while thoroughly documenting your activities.You will have a passion for helping others and making a difference in our community. This position requires daily travel throughout Ransom and Sargent counties. To be considered for this role:Those holding a current CAN license are preferred. RSR Human Service Zone RSR Human Service Zone partners with the Department of Health and Human Services and Richland County to deliver state-driven public assistance and program protocols and provides employees with the excellent benefits and employment packages offered by Richland County as a Richland County employee.
