Main Tasks:Monitor and categorize all incoming client requests.Perform Clearing Houses vs Back Office Reconciliation checks (margins, payments, positions).Act as the first point of contact for all counterparties (clients, brokers, CCPs) regarding financial deliveries.Communicate and coordinate with internal and/or external entities to gather details for unidentified entries.Maintain active communication channels with internal business teams.Escalate any unresolved or complex open items to the Team Leader.Assess and understand risks inherent in daily operations.Apply the Control Framework to mitigate identified risks.Take corrective actions where needed, in coordination with the Team Leader.Document key actions, decisions, and exceptions for tracking and audit purposes. Main Skills & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.Solid knowledge of Financial Markets and related operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external counterparties.Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+). 📍 Hybrid Role in Lisbon, but first 6 months on-site. 🚀If you feel this opportunity is for you, send your CV and join our team
