We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Animation and Graphic Design to lead our creative efforts. In this senior role, you will spearhead the animation and graphic design team, crafting visually compelling content for e-learning modules focused on medical education. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the corporate identity across projects while driving innovation in visual storytelling and ensuring the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Vision: Guide and inspire the animation and graphic design team, establishing a clear creative vision and ensuring alignment with project goals. Content Creation: Develop high-quality animations and graphics that effectively illustrate medical procedures and concepts. Maintain Identity: Uphold and evolve the corporate identity across all visual content, ensuring consistency in style and messaging. Innovation: Explore and implement AI-driven tools and techniques to enhance design workflows and storytelling. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure visual content supports the educational objectives. Team Building: Help establish and grow a cohesive creative team, fostering collaboration and excellence. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in animation and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise. Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Illustrator. Familiarity with AI design tools is a strong plus. Visionary Leader: Proven ability to lead and mentor a creative team, maintaining consistency and high standards. Medical Knowledge: Experience with medical content is a significant advantage, though not mandatory. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all materials.
