For more information, please visit FairJourney Biologics (fjbio.com).The RoleAs a Process & Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across FairJourney Biologics. You will lead process improvement initiatives, define and monitor performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making across scientific and operational teams.This role requires a strong combination of analytical expertise, process improvement leadership, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive meaningful change.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across scientific and operational areas.Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports to support management and decision-making.Identify, prioritize, and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance.Lead process mapping workshops and apply Lean / continuous improvement methodologies.Drive standardization and best practices across teams.Mentor junior analysts and support capability building within the team.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Data Management, or a related fieldMinimum 2+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, performance management, or similar roles.Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.Proven experience in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive change across teams.Proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset.Experience in biotech or life sciences is a plus.We OfferIntegration in a highly motivated teamWorking in an international environmentEmployee benefits packageCareer developmentIf you're ready to take the next step in your career path, we’d love to hear from you.
