New fashion ecommerce brand for the US market. We’re looking for someone to manage the day-to-day operations in the early stages of the project.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping operations with logistics partnersManage customer support (handling customer inquiries initially and later coordinating support agents)Website management (product uploads, copy updates, and coordination with freelancers for improvements)Product and packaging sourcing, including supplier negotiationDaily reporting of key metrics (AOV, conversion rate, session duration) and execution of improvement actionsCoordinate invoicing with the finance team and manage monthly closeProfile:Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce operationsHighly organized, autonomous, and results-drivenComfortable working in early-stage/startup environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWhat We Offer:Opportunity to build a brand from the ground up with high ownershipStrong growth potential as the brand scalesHybrid work modelCompetitive compensation based on experienceCompetitive performance-based bonus
