Let’s make it happen About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our E-commerce team. As an E-commerce Manager for Accessories (pillows, duvets, bed linen), you will own the business performance of your category from end to end. You’ll define the strategy, drive growth, and shape the customer experience. You will be a key player in our E-Commerce Europe team, contributing to cross-country and cross-functional initiatives, with regular exposure to senior leadership. What you’ll do Lead and grow the Accessories category, owning the full business performance. Define and execute product portfolio strategy, coordinating launches, phase-outs, and lifecycle optimizations. Monitor sales and margin performance, identify growth levers, and propose data-backed action plans. Act as the strategic interface between local marketing, global product development, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end execution. Leverage customer feedback and market insights to continuously improve the category offer and experience. Ensure new launches and campaigns are well-positioned and successfully executed in collaboration with our brand and performance marketing teams. Continuously track trends, competitor movements, and consumer behaviors to feed into your strategy and keep us ahead of the curve. Who we’re looking for You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Development, or E-commerce. You bring between 3-5 years of relevant work experience in E-commerce. Strong track record of driving business results through data and cross-functional collaboration. Strategic and structured thinker who combines analytical rigor with a customer-first and entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to balance short-term performance goals with long-term category development. Analytically strong and can draw meaningful insights when looking at data. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Fluency in English.
