Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lisbon for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves providing technical sales support, identifying customer needs, conducting technical presentations, and creating tailored solutions to meet client requirements. The Technical Sales Engineer will also work closely with the sales team and technical team to drive new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of rotary equipment products and solutions will be a core aspect of the day-to-day tasks. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions Strong skills in Communication and Technical Support to effectively assist clients and articulate technical information Experience in Sales and customer relationship management Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with rotary equipment, compressors, fans, or blowers is highly advantageous Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required
