This role is ideal for someone with hands-on IT support experience who enjoys ownership, organisation, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.While the position is remote-friendly, our device warehouse and operational base is in Lisbon, so availability to travel is essential.What you’ll doManage the full lifecycle of IT assets (laptops, mobile phones, peripherals)Handle device onboarding/offboarding for employees across EuropeMaintain accurate asset inventories and documentationCoordinate shipping, returns, repairs, and replacementsWork closely with local offices and vendors to ensure timely device availabilityProvide basic IT support (hardware, setup, access issues)Support standard IT processes and best practices across regionsWhat we’re looking forPrevious experience in IT support or service desk rolesStrong understanding of IT asset managementExperience managing laptops and mobile devices at scaleHighly organised with great attention to detailComfortable working independently in a remote environmentFluent in English (written and spoken)Willing and able to travel occasionally within EuropeNice to haveExperience supporting multiple international officesFrench and/or German language skillsFamiliarity with device lifecycle tools or asset management systemsLocation & setupDevice warehouse and operational base in LisbonHybride positionTravel required as needed
