Job Description: The Fee Payables Officer is responsible for the computation, monitoring, reconciliation, and payment of invoices related to various types of commissions, while managing and supporting multiple stakeholders. Main Tasks: Control and validate received invoices, ensuring accurate data recording and maintenance in internal systems. Compare invoice data with contractual conditions, calculate commissions and fees, validate amounts, and investigate discrepancies to determine root causes and implement resolutions. Liaise with relevant departments (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, etc.) to resolve pending issues. Process payments and accounting entries, ensuring timely invoice settlement. Monitor and control financial breaks to maintain data integrity. Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Language Skills: English: B2 Hybrid model — 2x per week at the office in Lisbon
