Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you will review user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform rules and community standards. Your keen eye for detail, balanced judgment, and objective decision-making will play a key role in maintaining a secure and respectful online environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review various content formats, including text, images, videos, and links, to confirm adherence to moderation guidelines
- Apply platform policies consistently, making fair and well-reasoned decisions
- Manage user appeals with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to safeguard content quality and platform integrity
- Analyze activity patterns to identify potential risks and take appropriate action
- Contribute suggestions to improve moderation tools, workflows, and overall efficiency
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
