Your Responsibilities:
 Administrative and operational support of the project managers and the project team by

  • Coordination and agreement of project meetings with various participants and stakeholders
  • Logging of team, project, and customer appointments
  • Continuous documentation of interviews and meetings
  • Supporting the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders
  • Creation of presentations and project-related documents (e.g. Excel spreadsheets)
  • Capture project status and metrics for presentation and presentation to both the client and the team
  • Support in meeting timelines/deadlines
  • Preparation of project documentation for reuse in other projects.
Main requirements
  • You have already gained initial professional experience as a PM or in a similar role (e.B. team assistant, project assistant, project management)
  • You were already part of a technical project team
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • You have knowledge of modern development methods (e.B. Scrum, Kanban)
  • You are confident in using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Trello Jira) and O365 (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You are fluent in English.
