Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als een content moderator zijn:
Een deel van je dagelijkse activiteiten bestaat uit:

  • Beoordelen van content (video's, beeld, tekst en audio) in overeenstemming met het beleid

  • Reageren op vragen van klanten met betrekking tot Trust & Safety, zoals misbruikmeldingen en handhavingsverzoeken

  • Zorgen voor gebruikersveiligheid

  • In staat om diensten te verlenen in een 24/7-ploegendienst

Vaardigheden, kwalificaties en interesses die je nodig hebt om in deze functie te slagen:

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands + een goed niveau Engels

  • Je bent op zoek naar een baan in het buitenland 

  • Je bent altijd up to date wat betreft Social Media

  • Je bent gemotiveerd en toegewijd aan je werk

  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatie en luistervaardigheden

  • Je bent een teamspeler en bereid om met vele andere nationaliteiten samen te werken

Wat zit er voor jou in?

  • Contract: 12 maanden, elk jaar vernieuwbaar

  • Werktijden: voltijds (40u/week) in roterende ploegendienst; 24/7

Salarisvoorwaarden (*) - 2 opties:

  • Inclusief huisvesting (gedeelde flat, alle kosten inbegrepen): 1040€ bruto/maand

  • Exclusief huisvesting: 1298€ bruto/maand

Voor internationale kandidaten:

  • Terugbetaling van uw initiële vliegkosten na 9 maanden

  • Ophalen van luchthaven

  • Jaarlijks ticket voor een reis terug naar je thuisland (binnen de EU)

  • Hulp bij papierwerk, openen van een bankrekening, etc. bij aankomst

  • Gratis Portugese lessen, kooklessen, sportactiviteiten en sociale evenementen georganiseerd door het bedrijf

  • Reële carrièremogelijkheden in verschillende carrièrepaden

(*) Vergoeding tijdens trainingsperiode indien succesvol (10 dagen): 50% van je uurloon (lagere belastingen)
