Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of content on our platform, adhering to guidelines and policies while maintaining a positive user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content according to established guidelines and policies
- Review and assess reported content, taking appropriate actions such as editing, deleting, or escalating as necessary
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation tasks
- Respond to user inquiries and issues related to content moderation in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and community management
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level), both written and spoken
- Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts including evenings
