Responsibilities: Assist with logistics, planning, and coordination for internal events and employee engagement activities. Provide operational support for tradeshows, including setup, organization, and booth management. Work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of events, coordinating resources, materials, and schedules. Support in post-event evaluations to continuously improve processes. Actively support content creation for social media platforms on a daily basis, ensuring timely and engaging messaging for external audiences. Assist in drafting and revising content for e-blasts, website pages, and other digital communications. Support ongoing content updates on the company’s websites and contribute to new page development. Collaborate with the team to ensure content revisions align with brand guidelines and messaging strategies. Monitor web analytics and contribute to monthly reports, identifying areas for improvement and supporting SEO initiatives to increase the company's online reach. Help manage Google Ads and other paid advertising efforts as needed. Support email marketing activities, including lead generation, nurturing, segmentation, and external mailing list management. Assist in launching commercial offerings through Hovione’s owned media channels to maximize reach. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; a scientific background is a plus. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Basic knowledge of web content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Ads is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as basic graphic design or video editing tools. Prior experience or internship in communications, event planning, or digital marketing is desirable.
