Provide maintenance, support, and operational management of applications and platforms running in Microsoft Azure; Resolve production incidents on a daily basis, ensuring service stability and availability; Implement standard and non-standard service requests in line with business and technical requirements; Contribute to problem management activities, including root cause analysis (RCA) and long-term remediation; Develop, deploy, and maintain platform and application components across environments; Manage and execute CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, with all deployments driven through automated pipelines; Support and operate data-oriented Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Analysis Services, Key Vault, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Power BI Embedded, and Power BI Premium; Support .NET-based applications running on Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Service Environment (ASE), and App Service Plans; Ensure proper configuration, security, monitoring, and performance optimization of Azure services. What are we looking for? Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working in production environments , focusing on application maintenance and operations in Azure; Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps; Solid experience writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation and operational tasks; Good understanding of Azure PaaS services , including configuration, security management, and communication protocols; Experience with Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory (nice to have); Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes in operational environments; Ability to work closely with development, platform, and business teams in a collaborative, operations-focused role; Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills; Comfortable working in a production-critical environment with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement; Proficiency in English (mandatory).
