Are you a ServiceNow Technical Consultant seeking a new interesting challenge? 🔍If your answer is yes, it’s your lucky day so keep reading, it can be just what you're looking for 👀🧐 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.Knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP) and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.🧐 HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations based on business requirements.Customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.) using scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).Implement and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ensure compliance with best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and performance.Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.📅 WHERE AND WHEN?Workplace: Lisbon + hybrid workWork Schedule: 9AM to 6PM🤝 WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU?Permanent contract 📋 Pay and benefits 💸 - Competitive salary and a flexible compensation plan adapted to your needs (Ticket restaurant plan + Health Insurance).Opportunity knocks 👍🏻 - Being a part of a growing company, we want to support your path with a career development plan and annual performance-based compensation reviews.
