Responsibilities: Assist with logistics, planning, and coordination for internal events and employee engagement activities. Provide operational support for tradeshows, including setup, organization, and booth management. Work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of events, coordinating resources, materials, and schedules. Support in post-event evaluations to continuously improve processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; a scientific background is a plus. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Basic knowledge of web content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Ads is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as basic graphic design or video editing tools. Prior experience or internship in communications, event planning, or digital marketing is desirable.
