Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als een Customer Service Agent zullen zijn:

  • Het helpen van gebruikers met alle vragen met betrekking tot hun accounts, het platform in het algemeen etc. 
  • Het geven van de best mogelijke antwoorden en oplossingen op vragen en zorgen van klanten op de manier waar jij het meeste vertrouwen in hebt: via de telefoon, via e-mail of social media;
  • Het leveren van een rustige en vindingrijke probleemoplossing voor vragen van klanten met betrekking tot hun klantervaring;
  • In contact staan met andere afdelingen en doorverwijzen van gerelateerde cases en issues naar verantwoordelijke afdelingen
  • Zorgen voor en deelnemen aan het succes van je afdeling. 

Vaardigheden, kwalificaties en interesses die je nodig hebt om in deze rol te slagen:

  • Nederlands is je moedertaal en je Engels is minimaal op B2 niveau
  • 1 jaar ervaring in Customer Service in een contact center
  • Kennis van de waarde en impact die een goede klantervaring kan creëren
  • Een aandachtig luisteraar zijn, comfortabel en vaardig in het communiceren met mensen
  • Energiek en innovatief zijn en proactief werken in een hoog tempo
  • Enthousiast over interculturele communicatie en de expatlevensstijl
  • Wonen in Lissabon of bereid zijn om naar Lissabon te verhuizen voor een internationale carrière en levenservaring
  • In het bezit zijn van een geldige Portugese werkvergunning (verplicht).
