About the PositionWe are seeking a Quality Technician / Quality Officer to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the school’s Integrated Quality Management System (QMS) . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about processes, compliance, and excellence in education. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 21001 frameworks). Assist in documenting and updating procedures, policies, and process maps across departments. Conduct internal audits, collect evidence, and prepare reports in alignment with ISO and accreditation requirements. Monitor KPIs related to quality, satisfaction, and operational performance. Manage corrective and preventive actions, follow up on implementation, and ensure proper documentation. Collaborate with department heads (Academics, HR, Operations, Admissions) to align processes with compliance goals. Participate in staff training and awareness sessions related to quality standards and continuous improvement. Support preparation for external audits and inspections (Cambridge, Pearson, ISO, etc.). Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What You BringBachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or Quality-related field (Master’s preferred). Experience in Quality Management (minimum 2 years), ideally within the education, services, or ISO-certified sectors. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 21001:2025 standards (certification or training is an advantage). Strong analytical and organisational skills, attention to detail, and process mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese . Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and preferably CRM or document-control systems.
