Entry-Level Concierge in Funchal, Madeira
Are you a student looking to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry? Are you a customer service-oriented individual with a passion for helping others? Look no further, as our luxury hotel in Funchal is seeking an Entry-Level Concierge to join our team.
As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and requests. This includes making reservations for dining and entertainment, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions and events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the lobby area and ensuring it is always clean and welcoming.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively. As this role requires interacting with guests from all over the world, fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other languages such as Spanish or French would be considered an asset.
No prior experience is necessary as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate. However, previous customer service experience would be beneficial. We also offer visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates.
