On-site | Full-time or part-time (5-8h/day) | Paid training | Health & dental insurance
We're hiring Outbound Sales Representatives in Lisbon for our client, a multinational leader in Life and Personal Accident Insurance. You'll call prospective clients, understand what they need, and present health insurance plans that help them save on health services while staying protected.
What you'll do
- Contact potential clients by phone (outbound only)
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored health insurance solutions
- Manage communications, software tools and customer databases efficiently
Schedule
- Full-time: 40h/week, 8h/day with a 1-hour lunch break
- Part-time: 5h, 6h or 7h per day
- On-site at a modern Lisbon office with a cafeteria, lounge spaces and meeting rooms
What you earn (estimated gross per month, including meal allowance)
- 8h/day: €1,220.33 (base salary €920.00)
- 7h/day: €1,086.16 (base salary €805.00)
- 6h/day: €952.00 (base salary €690.00)
- 5h/day: €817.84 (base salary €575.00)
Totals include vacation and Christmas allowances plus a €147 meal allowance (21 days × €7.00), paid tax-free on a meal card. Standard Portuguese deductions apply (11% Social Security plus roughly 7-18% IRS, depending on your tax status).
Training and onboarding
- 5 business days of intensive training (8h/day), plus up to 5 business days of on-the-job nesting
- Paid €10/day on successful completion, up to €100 in total
Benefits and contract
- 12-month contract, extendable up to 24 months, then a permanent contract
- Private health and dental insurance from contract signing (valid NIF and Social Security number required)
- 22 days of paid annual leave plus national holidays, with a compensatory day off if you work a holiday
