Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential new customers via phone to present product advantages and secure credit card subscriptions.
- Conduct all customer interactions exclusively by phone.
Schedule & Location
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, Monday–Friday) from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Workplace Location: On-site at the TP Tejo building in Lisbon, conveniently accessible via metro (Oriente Station), bus (Carris routes), or train.
Training & Onboarding
- Duration: 5 business days of intensive training (8 hours/day) + up to 5 business days of practical internship/nesting.
- Training Schedule: Generally aligns with regular working hours (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
- Training Content: Company integration, software tool training, comprehensive product/service training, customer management techniques (phone, email, chat), and supervised workplace implementation.
- Training Compensation: Paid upon successful completion at €10.00/day (€100.00 total for 10 business days), tax-free (no social security deductions prior to contract signing).
Contract Terms & Benefits
- Contract Type: Open-ended/uncertain-term employment contract with an estimated initial duration of 12 months, renewable for up to 24 months, leading to a permanent contract after 2 years.
- Health Coverage: Private health and dental insurance provided upon contract signing (requires a Portuguese NIF and Social Security number).
- Holidays: Portuguese public holidays apply. Working on a national holiday earns a compensatory day off.
Salary & Compensation Structure
Monthly Salary Breakdown (8h/day – 40h/week):
- Base Salary: €920.00 / month
- Vacation Allowance: €76.67 / month (prorated monthly)
- Christmas Bonus: €76.67 / month (prorated monthly)
- Meal Allowance: €147.00 / month (€7.00/day, paid on a tax-exempt meal card free of IRS and Social Security deductions)
- Total Gross Compensation: €1,220.33 / month
(Note: Statutory deductions apply per Portuguese labor law: 11% Social Security + approx. 7%–18% Personal Income Tax/IRS depending on tax status).
