About the Role
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to support the growth of a major social media platform. The role focuses on proactive outreach, identifying business opportunities, presenting software solutions, and managing the full sales cycle with both Portuguese‑speaking and English‑speaking prospects.
Main Responsibilities Proactively contact potential leads to introduce software solutions
Identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of sales opportunities
Conduct consistent follow‑ups to nurture prospects through the sales funnel
Present product features and benefits according to client needs
Track outreach, lead status, and interactions in the CRM
Work toward monthly sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding Requirements Strong interest and basic knowledge of AI tools, cloud services, and software solutions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to adapt to evolving products and market trends
Strong organization and independence in managing a sales pipeline
Analytical mindset for qualifying leads
Fluent English + native/bilingual Portuguese
Goal‑oriented profile with motivation to achieve targets
Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or software sales is a plus Training Approximately 8 working days, 8 hours per day
Includes product training, tools, communication guidelines, and on‑the‑job practice
Training is compensated proportionally upon successful completion Working Conditions 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00
22 vacation days per year

Employment contract with uncertain term (12 months, extendable)
Possibility of permanent contract after 2 years Salary Simulation (monthly gross) Base salary: 938 €

Meal allowance: 154 €
Total gross: 1,248.33 € Variable bonus: up to 1,000 € (performance‑based) Location
