Optimyze Consulting is a boutique IT recruitment agency with offices in Germany and Portugal, dedicated to sourcing and placing senior tech talent across Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering roles. The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Lisbon office and help us shape the future of tech recruitment across Europe. This is a 360-degree recruitment role, meaning you'll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement. Who You Are

  • A true hunter with a proven track record in 360 recruitment, specialising in tech hiring (Cloud, DevOps, Software Engineering, or related fields).
  • Experienced in placing candidates into the DACH, Benelux, Nordics, Switzerland, or US markets.
  • A natural business developer—comfortable engaging C-level decision-makers and winning new clients.
  • A skilled headhunter, capable of identifying and attracting top-tier tech talent.
  • Driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial, with a long-term vision to become a leader in the business.
  • Fluent in English (German or another European language is a big plus).
  • Already based in Portugal or keen to relocate to Lisbon for a world-class career opportunity.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a client portfolio across our target markets, building long-term partnerships.
  • Source, attract, and engage top-tier tech talent using cutting-edge recruitment tools.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring long-term success.
  • Stay ahead of tech industry trends and continuously refine your market knowledge.
  • Play a key role in the growth and future direction of the business, with the opportunity to shape strategy and culture.
