The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Lisbon office and help us shape the future of tech recruitment across Europe. This is a 360-degree recruitment role, meaning you'll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement. For the right individual, this is a career-defining opportunity with a clear path to becoming a partner and shareholder in the business.

Who You Are

- A true hunter with a proven track record in 360 recruitment, specialising in tech hiring (Cloud, DevOps, Software Engineering, or related fields).
- Experienced in placing candidates into the DACH, Benelux, Nordics, Switzerland, or US markets.
- A natural business developer—comfortable engaging C-level decision-makers and winning new clients.
- A skilled headhunter, capable of identifying and attracting top-tier tech talent.
- Driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial, with a long-term vision to become a leader in the business.
- Fluent in English (German or another European language is a big plus).
- Already based in Portugal or keen to relocate to Lisbon for a world-class career opportunity.

Your Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and grow a client portfolio across our target markets, building long-term partnerships.
- Source, attract, and engage top-tier tech talent using cutting-edge recruitment tools.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement.
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring long-term success.
- Stay ahead of tech industry trends and continuously refine your market knowledge.
- Play a key role in the growth and future direction of the business, with the opportunity to shape strategy and culture.
