About Us Optimyze Consulting is a boutique IT recruitment agency with offices in Germany and Portugal, dedicated to sourcing and placing senior tech talent across Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering roles. The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Lisbon office and help us shape the future of tech recruitment across Europe. This is a 360-degree recruitment role, meaning you'll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement. For the right individual, this is a career-defining opportunity with a clear path to becoming a partner and shareholder in the business.
