We are searching for a Service Manager Hardware

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
  2. At least 3 to 4 years of proven working experience as a Service Manager in the information technology sector (experience in workplace management is a plus)
  3. Latest ITIL Training / Certification
  4. Working knowledge and experience in Service Management
  5. Knowledge in IT Infrastructure and Applications, especially Hardware device management
  6. Strong presentation and communication skills
  7. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  8. Ability to demonstrate commitment to develop, drive, and manage services in a fast-paced environment
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, having a medium-high English Language Domain/Fluency (Speaking, Reading & Writing), solid ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of Stakeholders
  10. Lean / Agile certification is a plus
