TasksOversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service, customer satisfaction, and optimal operational efficiency. This includes monitoring all service areas and addressing any issues that may arise promptly.Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain a motivated and efficient team, fostering an environment that encourages growth and excellence in service.
