Inviting applications for the role of Content Reviewer – Process Associate – Russian - On Site Lisbon In this job, you will be responsible for keeping the digital streets safe for our communities across the world
Responsibilities- Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer.
- Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance.
- Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or other format daily.
- Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action.
- Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements.
- Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to.
- Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager.
- Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI's and all performance metrics are met.
- Uphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactions.
- Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project.
Important: This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills- Previous experience in content moderation would be an asset.
- High School Degree.
- Advanced level of Russian, min C1.
- Level of English, min B2.
- Organized personality with attention to details and customer orientation.
- Accurate, logical problem solver.
