Inviting applications for the role of Content Reviewer – Process Associate – English – On Site LisbonIn this job, you will be responsible for keeping the digital streets safe for our communities across the world
Responsibilities Understand and remain up-to-date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customerAnalyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for complianceExamine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or other format dailyIdentify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for actionGive feedback for policies/tools/processes improvementsGain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned toTrain other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the managerPerform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI's and all performance metrics are metUphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactionsWillingness to learn and work on a dynamic projectImportant: This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / SkillsProficient level of English min C1.Previous experience in content moderation would be an assetHigh School DegreePreferred qualificationsTrust & Safety Experience – preferably content labelling and/or moderationNeutral mind-set to digital content that needs classification & policy reviewStrong emotional intelligence and resilienceAccurate and critical work attitudeWhat can we offer?
