Responsibilities
- Understand and remain up-to-date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer
- Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance
- Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or other format daily
- Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
- Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements
- Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to
- Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager
- Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI's and all performance metrics are met
- Uphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactions
- Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project
Important: This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills- Proficient level of English min C1.
- Previous experience in content moderation would be an asset
- High School Degree
- Understand and remain up-to-date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer
- Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance
- Trust & Safety Experience – preferably content labelling and/or moderation
- Neutral mind-set to digital content that needs classification & policy review
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
- Accurate and critical work attitude
