A Randstad Digital está a recrutar um Data Engineer/ BI Manager para um cliente do setor bancário em Lisboa.

Regime híbrido: 3 dias presenciais + 2 dias remotos

Responsabilidades Chave
  • Gerir e orientar a equipa de dados, garantindo o desenvolvimento contínuo das suas competências;
  • Definir e implementar estratégias para a recolha, armazenamento, processamento e análise de dados, alinhando-as com os objetivos da organização;
  • Garantir que os dados sejam geridos de acordo com as melhores práticas e políticas de governança de dados, garantindo a sua qualidade, integridade, segurança e conformidade com as regulamentações (como o RGPD);
  • Desenvolver e supervisionar processos para garantir que os dados mantenham elevados padrões de qualidade, incluindo consistência, precisão e integridade;
  • Facilitar o uso eficaz dos dados como base para decisões estratégicas;
  • Gerir a seleção e implementação de ferramentas e tecnologias de gestão de dados (bases de dados, soluções de BI, ETL, etc.) que otimizem o armazenamento, análise e acessibilidade dos dados;
  • Estabelecer processos de monitorização e melhoria contínua para otimizar a gestão de dados e aumentar a sua eficiência e valor para a organização.
Competências
  • Licenciatura em áreas como Ciência de Dados, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas similares;
  • +8 anos de experiência em funções de gestão de dados, análise de dados ou áreas de TI, com pelo menos alguns anos em funções de liderança ou coordenação de equipas;
  • Familiaridade com bases de dados relacionais e não relacionais, ferramentas ETL, plataformas de Big Data, ferramentas de visualização de dados (por exemplo, Power BI) e conhecimento de linguagens de programação como SQL, Python ou R;
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação e negociação com diferentes stakeholders;
  • Capacidade de pensar estrategicamente, com uma compreensão profunda de como os dados podem impulsionar a eficiência operacional e o crescimento do negócio;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados complexos;
  • Conhecimento das regulamentações de dados e privacidade, como o RGPD e outras leis locais e internacionais;
  • Nível avançado em inglês (pelo menos B2).
